Last night I was watching TV when I suddenly felt a little headache and nausea, nothing big. I slept on the couch and thought it might force his eyes on the TV, and after about 10 minutes, I began to feel very uncomfortable. I tried to go to bed half an hour later and could not go to sleep. My stomach hurts, and I started to shake really bad, as if he was cold, but I was sweating at the same time. It is the "time of month for me," but has never been for me. Do I feel bad today and I'm not sure what could be. Against influenza? Is it in my head?

Yes, can the flu (just an example) are linked. It is also possible that these symptoms of something like a migraine (another example may be).
The only way to know for sure is to see your doctor for a reassessment of the situation to see what they say.
