Unfortunately, doing well. According to the law of every society has to offer at a disadvantage to the public. When you enter the building owner, their responsibility for a ramp. If you are a tenant, then it is their responsibility to the owners. It can sue, but the owner will be prosecuted. If you are sueing them, you can your tenants insurance.
The best way to solve this problem is to bring only one bag of cement crerate fast and a ramp for her.

Legally, no, no. Independently owned businesses (excluding public facilities such as libraries, schools, government agencies, etc.) have the same obligations as public services. As an independent company that specializes in if you are host dependent. This problem is a source of confusion for many companies. She has no reason to sue not the provision of a ramp.

From what I know now, all companies need access for the disabled facilities available. Portable ramps available which can be demonstrated only when necessary resumed. This could be simply that the customer at the time, but who can say that it will be different in the future, who will give their habit.

Sassy, NED show the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Asker - Facilities must be accessible to people with disabilities, if your disability is permanent or not. As far as I know, they are required to access for wheelchair users, if you have a customer who used whheelchair or 1000!

In the United States would not have access. You can their business elsewhere. Only governments should facilitate the access.
Do not be like a customer. When asked to say a date, they are all full. She tries to get money from you.
