Is there any way this can happen? and, if possible, there are no changes to the original data onto the new one.

Yes you can, but it will take some work.
In SQL Server 2000, it is this component called Data Transformation Services (DTS), which you can export to import data from various data sources to SQL Server. In other words, a set of graphical tools and programmable objects, you can extract, transform and consolidate data from multiple sources in one or more objectives.
SQL Server in 2005, these services under the transformation SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
